I've found and bought quite a few ducks now, and I have noticed some things.

1) Every single ducky, no matter what its source, is made in China!
2) Lots of these duckies, most particularly the babies, are in the same molds, which means there's a lot of piracy and direct cloning of existing duckies. I have three examples of a very cute baby duck stretching its little wings, with an open mouth, that I call the #5 mold due to the number 5 stamped on the underside of the tail. Each of these three is of very different quality and paint; they all come from different factories; yet the mold is identical. (No factory ID is actually imprinted on any of them.)
3) What is the point of a rubber duckie that falls right over sideways when put in water?! A good many of my duckies can't be made to float upright.
