Hi,
I came across this bb while searching for Captain Quack. I had placed an order with them on (Sunday) 2/20 and have not heard anything about my order shipping. I contacted them several times (3x via email and one phone call, which went to a cell phone voice mail). The only correspondence I received from them is the obligatory "your order has been placed" email. I noticed that a couple of people posted and said that it took a LONG time to get their orders. I was wondering HOW long?! I haven't heard word one from them, but they had no problems taking my $$!
