The auction I found says "NOTE: Due in stock with in 30 days." Sorry, heard that one before. I emailed the rubbaducks.com help address, expressing some frustration since not even the Halloween ducks (promised ship date Sept 27th) are out. The response indicated that those ducks, at least, would ship "by the end of this week." Once they're really out, there should be eBay auctions with actual photos. I wouldn't consider buying till then. There are sellers who were auctioning the last wave off in May and while I hope they refunded, I wouldn't count on it.
