There is one set with a large green duck, a small purple, and a small orange. There was another set with a large purple, a small green, and a small orange. I didn't see a set with a large orange or I would have gotten that too!
Purple changes to bright pink, medium green turns to bright green, and orange turns to white. And I had a lot of fun finding this out. :-)
I saw on the Alex website that they are selling sparkle ducks too. I didn't see those at the store, but in the picture they look like the ones I got from Germany a year or two ago. I wonder if they are smaller because they are significantly cheaper even minus overseas shipping.
