Put in an order. We'll see what we get (they look like customized mini-buds to me).

Interestingly enough, they had a free shipping option. No details provided as to what/how long, but will report back on that as well.

Assuming likely not available for non-US sales, tho.

After waiting and waiting for my order and twice writing them, they told me they don't have the items

Seriously? Dang it... this doesn't bode well.

Why leave an out of stock product available for purchase?

If they took my $45, I'm gonna be pissed.

[Update]
- checked my account, nothing has been processed yet, so nothing untoward there, although they really should mark the items as out of stock if they're out of stock (I work in e-commerce. I'm a picky mo-fo about how companies do business)
- Zombie: did they charge your card (not Auth, but actually charge)? Did they say they were out of stock temporarily, or no longer carried the items?
- If they're gonna let the auth just sit there and not fulfill the order, I'm collecting the info to start a social media bru-haha. Grr. Tongue

They didn't charge... Their original response to my order (the order process email) states that you don't get charged til the items are ready to ship . They also said in the latest email that my card won't be charged. They didn't say anything about the items becoming available. All of the items say "product discontinued". I'm more annoyed that I never got a response and had to write to them twice after I placed an order before they bothered notifying me !  When I told my husband my order was canceled he said it was cause my last name sounds Jewish lol

Now, see... I got a completely different response:

Quote:
Good morning,

The ducks you are referring to are a new item that we will be offering in the next catalog. At the present time we are not shipping any of these items out. They will not be available until the first week of June. Your order can still be placed yet no action will take place for a couple more weeks. Once the items are ready to ship you will get an email confirmation and a charge will go through on the card used.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter,

Well mine wasnt in the response .. It was the invoice so it looked just like the ordering page and under each duck said item discontinued

So just got notice that my ducks shipped today, and they charged me. Will post when they come in as to the quality (considering I did the free shipping option).

Ducks are pretty decent quality... if it weren't for the fact that there's no 'bud' branding on the underside, I would have assumed they were bud Ducks.

Plastic is a harder PVC, not very malleable. Mold is pretty much identical to my bud ducks, so I don't know if it's a shared/common mold, or something really well copied. Packaging was professional and pristine.

Definitely happy with this purchase.
