its rubber but it inflates...its made by the same company that makes the red donkey rhody, its a child bouncey toy

Thankfully he doesnt squeak. He comes flat and you have to inflate him. He's one of my favorites. Even though he is a childs bouncy toy, my kids know better than to be sitting on him lol.
