I didn't have Dan's cover photo in sufficient resolution to do it full-page, but then I thought we might want a title caption anyway, so here is a tentative version of the calendar.  If anyone doesn't like how their photo came out, or I screwed something up, this would be an excellent time to let me know; I can still change or replace photos and put up a new version if need be.    
 
However, the calendar is orderable as-is from this link if you like it.  Right now Shutterfly has calendars on sale for $13.19, which is about as good as it gets -- that price is good through Sunday.  So that's another reason to put this version up for your inspection right now.
