This angry rubber duck hood ornament was made famous in the movie Convoy and replicas cast from the original mold are now available in three colors. Convoy was a 1978 action film directed by Sam Peckinpah and starring Kris Kristofferson, Ali MacGraw, Ernest Borgnine and Burt Young. The main character is a truck driver whose nickname is "Rubber Duck" and his truck in the movie has an angry rubber duck hood ornament. You can have a replica for your own car or perhaps to decorate your house with. It's pricey with the nickel finish version at $175, black nickel at $200, and $225 for the 24k gold plated version. Of course in some of the neighborhoods I go duck hunting in, such a hood ornament would be gone in 60 seconds, but still I think it's still pretty cool.
